Which size is best?
S/M- if your areola is less than 4.5cm
L/XL- if your areola is more than 4.5cm

How to Use
Express a couple of drops of breastmilk into each cup and place over the nipple inside your nursing bra between breastfeeding sessions.
If symptoms persist always seek the guidance of your doctor or other qualified health professional.
Care
Silver can tarnish over time due to the natural oxidation process however it is still safe and effective to use.
Rinse in warm water between use or prepare a
cleaning paste using a teaspoon of bicarbonate
soda and a few drops of water.
Gently massage the the cleaning paste over the cup and rinse with water. Clean every few hours or between feeds.

2 Silver Nursing Cups and a carry case
I wish I had these with my first two babies. Started breastfeeding my third and was suffering from sore and cracked nipples. Started using the cups and felt relief within 24hrs. So much better then the creams and nursing pads. Found I was sticking to clothes and nursing pads therefore doing more damage. The cups stopped the sticking and further damage to my nipples first use! Highly recommend!
Finding them incredibly supportive to relieve sore nipples in between feeds, but they’re so soft that they easily bend out of shape unfortunately. Unsure if I need to buy new ones or not…. Excellent but expensive if they’ll just bend again

I’ve recently had my third baby who is in Special Care. I’m having to pump every few hours, and am trying to establish breastfeeding with a baby who has a 100% tongue tie. These have been an absolute lifesaver! I cannot recommend them enough 🤍
If you are contemplating getting these. Just do it. Seriously, I cannot live without these and probably would’ve given up my breastfeeding journey due to damaged nipples. In my opinion these are a lot more effective then nipple creams and make clothing more comfortable . I rate these 1000/10 . Do yourself a favour and get these now !!!
